1) A video made by my friend/former PCV Jennifer about the Rwenzori Marathon that we volunteered at (a bigger article is below).
2) Another video by Jennifer about her Peace Corps service. It’s not me, and she’s done just way cooler work than any other PCV I know, but it’s the same general field of conservation and community development, community-based tourism, etc. Also, I just want the world to know how awesome Jen Krauser is. Because it’s pretty awesome.
3) A music video featuring famed Ugandan musician Aziz Azion and the Mwamba Children’s Choir, largely orphans, who travel internationally to spread Uganda love. This video, “Oh Uganda” was produced with the help of my program but largely based on volunteer efforts and aims to market Uganda as a PREMIER tourist destination…which is is. You come.
